loan programs by providing expert assistance to Lenders, CDC's and the Small Businesses Community
Lynnette E. Newman
Lynnette Newman worked for the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) loans for over 25 years. She held many titles including Lead Loan Officer and Lead Lender Relations Specialist for the Colorado District Office of the SBA.
Her skills include loan package assembly, loan review, credit analysis, eligibility determination, loan servicing, loan liquidation, and loan file review. She worked with all programs of lending in SBA, included 504 and 7a liquidations.
Lynnette was also the primary training instructor for the Colorado SBA.
During her years at SBA, Lynnette worked with many individual small businesses to prepare them to contact lenders and begin the processes of obtaining a SBA guaranteed loan.
In 2012, Lynnette retired from the SBA to open her own business,
Newman Business Loan Consultants.
She also joined the National Professional Groups for those in the SBA
lending arena. The constant updates provided by National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) and the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) keep Newman Business Loan Consultants constantly on top of new information released by SBA.
